Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days only if we are experiencing difficulties. If there are any questions in regards to our order, please contact us directly using our contact form.
Local Delivery (NYC and Long Island)
Estimated time of arrival is 1-3 business days. Depending on borough, zip code, or zone, there will be a fuel surcharge; this fee is applied once on your order and not per product.

Building Access & Delivery Conditions
- Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
- Where elevator or loading dock access is available and order size permits, deliveries may be completed to the designated room or suite within the building.
- If the delivery address does not have elevator access and the order is more than six boxes of copy paper, deliveries may be completed at the building entrance, lobby, mailroom, or ground floor at the carrier's discretion.
Shipping Upstate New York
Estimated time of arrival is 2-5 business days. Based on the region, shipping charges will vary. Shipping is quantity-based and is different based on the products below.

Nationwide Shipping
For all other U.S. locations, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Our shipping rates are quantity-based and builds from negotiated UPS rates at checkout, so you’ll get the best available price based on your location and package weight.

Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on UPS service selected at checkout. It would usually be between 5-8 days.
Order Processing: Processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipping. Please contact UPS directly for claims if there are any issues. For further assistance, reach out to us with our contact form.
